Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering with 528. Each individual may only open one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to 528 immediately. You are primarily responsible for the security of your own account.
- Registering with false or misleading information is not permitted.
- Operating an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any fraudulent methods is not permitted.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on 528 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Each transaction has a set processing time, which may vary depending on the payment method used.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus balances can be withdrawn. 528 reserves the right to review any suspicious or unusual transactions and may place a hold on them if necessary.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
528 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms or involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Registering with false information or misusing bonuses.
In the event of account closure, any decision regarding the refund of a valid balance will be made based on the circumstances.
